Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days
Custom/Pre-Order Items: May take longer depending on availability
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.
Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
 Why Is My Order Taking So Long?

 Lost or Missing Packages
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
  • If your package is lost in transit and not delivered within 45 business days, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
